Usage of the web site

Usage of the web site:

  • Please register/sign-up on this web site.
  • You can register for the event and upload your abstract only after a login.
  • Please create your draft registration, then edit/update it again and then finalize all details. Finally You must submit the registration, which will turn you draft registration into a submitted one.
  • Similarly, first create your draft abstract. Later on edit/update it again and then finalize the abstract. The submission will change the state of your abstract into "Under review".
  • Important, that once you have finalised/submited your abstract you are not able to modify it any more!
  • Only finalised/submitted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts. If you have made a mistake submitting your abstract, then please send an e-mail to ivanyi.peter@mik.pte.hu, who can set your abstract back into a "Draft" state again. Then you will be able to edit your abstract again.
  • The Dashboard can always be accessed in the top right corner of the menu bar. Please click you username!
